What do I need to join the classes?
All you need is a computer (preferably) or other device with a good internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. We use video conferencing, and you can keep track of your class schedule with built-in calendar.
Will the class times work in my time zone?
Yes! Our platform automatically adjusts class times to your local time zone, so you don’t need to worry about converting times. You’ll always know when your class is happening, wherever you are.
How do I pay for courses?
You can pay right on the platform with your credit card or local payment methods. Just pick your course, make your payment, and you’re all set!
How big are the class groups?
We keep things small and personal, with around 4 to 8 learners per group. This way, everyone gets plenty of attention and time to practice.

It’s a great opportunity to practice conversations, role plays, or exercises with your classmates before coming back to the main group for feedback. Breakout rooms help make sure everyone gets plenty of personalized attention and speaking time!
How can I track my progress?
You’ll have your own account where you can keep an eye on your progress. You can see what lessons you’ve completed, your upcoming classes, and how well you’re doing. Plus, all your assignments, quizzes, and course materials will be stored there for easy access. The best part? You get lifelong access to these resources, so you can revisit them anytime, even after you’ve finished the course!
Will I get access to class materials?
Yes! After each session, you can access all the materials through your account. This includes any extra resources your tutor shares with the group.
What if I miss a class?
No worries! If you miss a class, you can catch up using the course materials and recordings (if the rest of the group give their consent to that). But try not to miss out—it’s more fun to join live!
Do you offer refunds?
We do offer refunds, depending on the course. Generally, you’re eligible for a refund after attending the first group lesson. In this case, we’ll refund the amount you paid for the course, minus the cost of the first class and any administrative fees. Refunds aren’t available after the second lesson.
